IntelliShop 6 provides you with diverse possibilities to optimally process and make use of your base of products . Speaking in terms of software, there are no limits to the number of articles to be managed.
You can manage your articles both through our comfortable online management menu and through interfaces to your ERP system.
Property-related product selection
In order to make it particularly easy for your customers to find the right product in your stock, it is important to be able to limit the amount of products to be chosen from by means of the properties.
For this purpose, you can allocate properties to every article in the IntelliShop 6 management menu. Examples would be dimensions, functions, areas of use, target group etc. This information can be loaded over interfaces to your ERP system.
Thanks to the properties allocated to the articles, your customer is now able to quickly and easily find the product he wants.
IntelliShop 6 displays all possible features to the customer. With one click, he can set one of these properties as a request. All products not having this property are faded out and a new compilation of the remaining selected properties is calculated immediately.
Variants
You can make your online shop transparent with article variants,. Instead of setting up articles in different colours and sizes many times, you simply allocate variants to the basic article. You can also set whether each of these variants are free-of-charge or subject to a surcharge. In the latter case, IntelliShop 6 works out the correct sales price by means of the allocated data even across several levels.
Delivery period / availability
If desired, you can display the availability of articles directly in the online shop. The basis for this can be either integrated stock controls, regular comparisons with your ERP system or a live request through web services, for example.
Picture optimisation
IntelliShop 6 has the possibility of optimising pictures for article and product groups. The pictures you provide over the management menu are calculated in the size required for your design, the quality improved, optimised and saved.
Basic price calculation
From the data allocated to the articles, IntelliShop 6 is able to autonomously calculate the basic price as required by the law on disclosure.
Article bundles / Add-On-Discount / One Click Discount
With Add-On-Discounts, you can make the most of the "Pennies make pounds, misers make millions" mentality! When the customer puts an article in the trolley, he is given the one-off chance to buy predetermined products at a bargain price in a bundle with the articles already in the trolley. IntelliShop 6 automatically monitors the legitimacy of buying such reduced add-on articles and automatically affects a price update on removal of the basic article.
