Order management

IntelliShop 6 disposes of functions for the processing and management of orders that are especially adapted to pure online shop providers.

Processing and document generation
Delivery notes, invoices, credit notes for cancellations, parcel labels and other documents can be generated directly from the ordering data set. You can go about this in a process-orientated way and even allocate the individual steps to several employees if desired. By means of the given availability data and customer requests, IntelliShop 6 automatically suggests part deliveries that can be accepted through a few mouse clicks. The selection filter makes it impossible for you to lose track of orders received and you can see immediately, which orders can be delivered at present. IntelliShop 6 naturally bears the individual methods of payment in mind by means of which some orders are excluded from delivery (e.g. payment in advance).

Document and processing records
All generated documents and processes are stored centrally in the corresponding order and can be viewed at any time. In the case of making use of IntelliShop 6 customer centre, this also applies for your customers if desired.

Mass processing
Mass processing means dealing with a large number of processes without having to view and process them by hand. By means of predefined rules, IntelliShop 6 generates all documents and activities up to a desired level of implementation and amalgamates these in a printable version for you.

Payment module with DTA Export
With the integrated payment module, you can effect and manage payments by credit card and direct debits without switching to a different system. IntelliShop 6 also keeps track in this case and automatically carries out entries in the respective orders. Payments per direct debit can either be effected through the implemented transaction intermediary or directly through the homebanking programme of your own bank per DTA file.

Dunning
With IntelliShop 6, you can also keep track of outstanding items and the exceeding of terms of payment. You can have all overdue items displayed in a list and generate reminders in different levels with a few mouse clicks.

Tracking returns
The IntelliShop 6 return-tracking system ensures that customer returns do not dwindle into chaos and that your customers get their money back fast. This function is naturally integrated into processing and recording.

Customer service
IntelliShop 6 provides special customer service functions. By using the trouble-ticket-system, customers can make process-related or free requests, which are passed on to the person dealing with the topic in the form of a remote batch-processing list. The cross-linking with the process concerned and the presentation of all tasks in a remote batch-processing list reduces the processing time required and ensures that no request can go missing.
