Newsletter & Mailing

Sending newsletters is an important instrument for customer retention and customer reactivation. Ideally, you should send your customers a newsletter on a regular basis. These newsletters should always be sent in the same basic design enabling your customer to recognize it fast and not to mark it as a junk email and delete it. As well as that, this also brings about a branding effect for your name.

IntelliShop 6 cannot relieve you of all of the work necessary to send an optimal newsletter - but it can reduce the amount of effort arising.

The extended template engine of the IntelliShop 6 newsletter component takes care of the layout and design of your HTML or text newsletter independently. With a few clicks, you can add text and picture elements - just like in Microsoft Word - to the newsletter, which are correctly formatted by IntelliShop 6. Even adding special offers and articles including pictures or their links can be done by a few mouse clicks.

You can plan the sending of the newsletter for a certain date and send it aimed at target groups. There is a property-based selection process available for this procedure. With it, you can select those customers who are allocated to a certain product group or show certain properties in their customer data set.
